Hello I'm a really picky eater and I don't eat meat or fish. Theres alot of things I avoid eating because of the taste of It..I don't eat fruit or veg either and I prefer just getting snacks and something easy..I think this is also to do with depression and feeling down alot. :/ I'm so picky...and one minute I'll love that food an then the next I'll hate It..I know It Isn't healthy oh and I'm a teenager. Any advice?
