Someone is threatening to hack into people's computers after we visitied their personal blog. They state they have our IP addresses and are posting them all over the internet for hackers to have. Is this possible? I checked my IP address and then cut my modem off for 15 minutes and then when I checked again I have a different IP address. So will I be safe if I don't visit their blog again and they only have that IP address?

ye u can be hacked from ip address, and i wouldn't go to that blog again, cause i don't know how they can get your new one (although im not really a hacker so i don't know they might be able to track you).
And if they post ur ip adress on the internet you probs wont be hacked , because that will be someone elses ip by the time they see it.

EDIT: i remember watching a vid that a guy shut down someone else comp using command prompt and their ip, so if ur comp shuts down by itself uve probs been hacked, but the most that will do is make u lose something u were in the middle off working on.
