I'm having chest pain, in the center of my chest. I was in the ER last week with it, they did an EKG and said everything was normal. I am not feeling normal, I'm in alot of pain and only the fetal position or hunching over helps. (I suffer from chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, RA, epilepsy too).

This might help, take 2 benedryl and a couple of gas pills. I know it sounds weird, but try it. It sounds like an allergic reaction to something. I also have fibro and I found that omitting sugar and wheat products and I do feel better. I would periodically get this horrendous pain in the center of my chest just under the breastbone. I could not even stand to wear my bra. I actually had 4 days of that continuing pain and I was ready to shoot myself. My sister suffers from the same. She's the one who said try benedryl, so I did.
I'm not saying this will cure you, but it's worth a try.

With ANY severe pain it is better to be safe than sorry.
