Any ideas for a meal plan that follows the guide lines set out in the flood pyramid that is healthy but not to low calorie just normal plan so no White stuff what else no off ? No cake/ biscuit

Also is this too much dairy a day, I have cereal made with ss milk, ff yoghurt, then 1/2 glasses milk and for dessert after dinner normally ice cream/ custard/ rice pudding / more yoghurt with it :/
What are the effects of eating this much dairy and is it alot or ok ?
