I don't know what kind of issues you've had with godaddy and hostgator - I've used both and never had a
problem - I will say this.

If they don't seem to help you or hold your hand because you're a beginner - no company will. You will get help to a certain point, and that's it. Most questions customers want help for are not related to hosting *side* issues at all. The problems are generally related to a third party app or coding that a hosting company can't support.

I have also had problems with go daddy and have heard of problems with hostgator. So like you I was looking for an other option. What you will find is that there are a lot of other options as well, but most of them will be a lot more expensive. The one I decided to go with is http://thephotoshopeditor.com/hosting (not an affiliate link)

I haven't had any problems with them yet. There server up time is good and speed is right up there with go daddy and hostgator.

One thing that is very different about rap instrumental is that, its never sung, its always chanted or spoken with rhythm and music, making it seem like a song. No original music, no musicians, no instruments are required to create music for rap. All it needs is bits and pieces of already existing music and sounds here and there joined together to create a melody. The lyrics in rap is always simple to understand, energetic, repetitive and usually apt in making loud and harsh noise. And these lyrics praise the existence and art of rap instrumental.
