Default What is Florida State Law on breaking your apartment lease if you have bed bugs?

I recently moved into an apartment with my dad after leaving our 3600sq ft home. We have never had bed bugs before or any bug infestation EVER. my dad is the king of killing bugs and keeping everything clean. Ever since we moved into the apartment, I've been getting bite marks from an unknown source and my dad has been fine. Now my entire arms and parts of my legs and stomachs are covered in little red bumps and bites so I went to the doctor and they said it might be bed bugs or fleas. I don't own any pets anymore nor have I been around any recently so I suspected bed bugs. We couldn't find any but we still stripped our entire apartment down and bombed the whole thing and washe everything. We thought it was over but I woke up this morning and found 2 bed bugs crawling on my pillow. I captured them and showed them to the leasing lady and she said she's gunna send a bug guy over today. I can't live like this and we can't afford the preprocedure costs to get the apt ready for bedbugs like buying space bags or such. I think the thee apartments around me are ifected cuz we don't live in a great area. I would like to know what Florida State Law says about breaking my lease due to unlivable conditions because this is effecting my health these stupid bed bugs. Someone help me find the law. I can't afford a lawyer

You will be sued. You must request the landlord to see to the problem. Request must be in writing sent certified mail. Landlord has 7 days to address the issue.
If you still wish to leave then you sue in court and ask the judge to void the lease.
