I need them for my science project unhatched and I don't really know where I can purchase them! Should I try Petsmart?

if you live in Toronto then go to Scarborough town center and go to a play call "Toys Toys Toys" near the theater and they might still have some cuz i bought mine like a couple of years ago

sea monkeys sounds funny

People raise brine shrimp for live fish food. I used to when I had a tank. Any pet store will have brine shrimp eggs in the fish food area. All you need is warm area, a jar, an air pump with and air stone, some salt water and plain ordinary yeast. Put them all together in the jar with a pinch of eggs and in a few days, the eggs will hatch. The yeast acts as food when they hatch. You then screen them out with a net and transfer some to your tank. Guppies go crazy chasing them around the tank to eat them just like they chase down any babies that are born.

if you are looking for sea monkeys the novelty toy, try walmart, toy stores, ebay ... if you are looking for brine shrimp eggs they petsmart should have them, any fish store would have them, ebay as well ... and just so you know sea monkeys and brine shrimp are a little bit different ... monkeys are artemia NYOS and brine shrimp are artemia salina ... neither can be hatched, housed or fed the same ...
