Yes, you can put WHM Cpanel on your VPS...However, you should drop the idea of selling master and alpha reseller plans to your clients, (I guess you have an idea about the disadvantages of master & alpha reseller plans) because it will create a lot confusion at primary web host end while providing tech support.
