Default Ho to get rid of a virus pretending to try to help my computer?

When I was on google, a thing popped up in another window. It's called Internent Security Suite and it said there was a trojan trying to get on my computer. It looked authentic, so I clicked install to get rid of it. The moment I realized it had popped up in an internet tab and was fake, it was too late. Now, I am trying to get it off my computer. It keeps popping up saying stuff about identy theft attempt and if I pay 60 dollars it will get rid of the threat. I looked under my add/remove programs but it's not listed there. What do I do?
